A: We utilize a flat-rate Bench Fee for labor on repairs rather than hourly billing. Any hardware components or software required are quoted and approved by you before installation.

A: No appointment is necessary during standard operating hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) at either of our Durban branches.
