Pricing Structure
We have a very simple and fair pricing structure:
• Bench Fee is a Fixed Amount per item that covers our labour, we do not bill by the hour so you are assured that you will get your repairs done in the shortest period of time.
• Spares in certain cases hardware like Hard Disk Drive or RAM or Motherboard may need to be replaced. We will contact you and advise on price and options before proceeding with the repairs.
• Software License if you need to purchase a License, example Anti-Virus software etc. We will contact you and advise on price and options before proceeding with the repairs.
